Refund policy

There are no refunds on custom items. Any returns or exchanges are shipped at customer's expense and shop's discretion UNLESS items are defective, in which repair and replacements are at the shop's expense. 

Ready to ship items will ship within a week of payment. Custom orders will have a turn around time which depends on sewist's workload. Please reach out with any questions.

Because of the nature of face masks, there can be absolutely no returns or exchanges on these item. If a refund is necessary but mask is still usable, we respectfully request you donate locally.
